Images are available for purchase and lease. Use fees are determined by each individual job. We use Fotoquote Pro, a program used by leading photographers and stock agencies worldwide for determine a fair market value. A photo can range from editorial to advertising campaigns. Once a client has determined which image(s) is going to be used, a price is negotiated depending on a variety of factors including:

type of project and / or format

circulation and / or number of insertions

size of image

 

Most uses are one-time North American, non exclusive reproduction rights. However, different rights are negotiable, such as:

exclusive rights

two to five year rights

worldwide use

image buyout
